Atty. Rachel Esther Gumtang - Remalante

Rachel Esther J. Gumtang-Remalante is the Director of the Corporate Governance and Finance Department at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Philippines. Since joining in 2008, she's played a key role in drafting financial regulations and representing SEC in the ASEAN Capital Market Forum. Her leadership contributed to SEC's recognition with ISAR Honours by UNCTAD in 2019, 2022 and 2024. She's a requested speaker on sustainability and corporate governance and holds a law degree and a Master in Development Management, with certificates in Fintech & Regulatory Innovation.

Satish Ramchandani

Satish Ramchandani is a Co-Founder of Updapt – An ESG Tech Co. Prior to Updapt, he has worked in Leadership capacity in firms such as CRISIL S&P Ratings, Bank of America in Head of Business and CFO roles for 20 years. He carries experience across Strategy, Business Development, Consulting, ESG, CSR, Corporate Finance addressing key stakeholders such as Board, Audit Committee, Institutional Clients, Government, Investors. He is a Chartered Accountant and MBA by qualification.

Joneil Año

Joneil Año is currently the Head of Sustainability at Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company. He is a licensed Environmental Planner, GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, and Green Energy Finance Specialist with 17 years in sustainability strategy and policy, environmental and social impact assessment, ESG reporting, community development, and corporate social responsibility. At Metrobank, he leads the bank’s sustainability agenda, including the development of its sustainable finance and environmental and social risk management frameworks, while driving integration of ESG principles across the organization. He brings cross-sector experience from banking, cement and mining, social development, and public policy, having previously held key roles at HSBC, Holcim, Republic Cement, TVI Resource Development, Ayala Foundation, among others.

Yvonne Flores

Yvonne Flores is the Head of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility at Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), where she leads the company's sustainability strategy and ESG initiatives across its diverse business portfolio. To focus on sustainability, climate resilience, stakeholder engagement, and ESG reporting, she previously served as Head of Sustainability, CSR, and Business Continuity at JG Summit Holdings, helping advance the conglomerate's sustainability agenda and corporate responsibility programs. Ms. Flores also serves as the Private Sector Representative to the People’s Survival Fund Board, contributing to climate adaptation and resilience efforts at the national level. She holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and is recognized for integrating data-driven and systems-thinking approaches into sustainability leadership.
