APEX Global is the learning solutions arm of ECCI. Our sole aim is to promote performance excellence among professionals. We help our customers achieve greater success through effective, experiential, and results-oriented training delivery.

We are looking for young yet passionate sales professional to join our growing team and (i) expand our client base; (ii) manage / nurture existing accounts.

The job entails generating new leads, nurturing existing accounts, spotting opportunities in these accounts, setting appointments, making client presentations, following up on deals, bringing them to closure and building a relationship for growth.

As part of our constant growth to remain relevant and address our clients’ evolving needs, we offer a series of process consulting services and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a database of new qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, articles, email and etc.
  • Responsible for seeking and developing potential business opportunities/ new accounts
  • Set meeting with business influencers and decision makers to present our Products/Services.
  • Prepare the proposals that align to CLIENT needs and track the deal down to closure
  • Meet all quarterly and annually sales quotas
  • Maintain CRM system with accurate customer, meeting conversation and pipeline information.
  • Research & stay informed of the products, target account and relevant industry

Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduate or with experience in B2B sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales approaches.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to ensure successful deals.
  • Ability to understand and articulate value proposition for products / services
  • Open for new learning and exploring new tools
  • Strong communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders in remote and face to face setup
  • Flexible, goal-oriented and resourceful
