Mandatory Disclosure of Sustainability Report by SEC Philippines

Security exchange commission has issued a memorandum on 12 Feb 2019 for publicly listed companies in the Philippines to report on sustainability based on its guidelines. The first report shall be attached to the 2019 annual report to be submitted in 2020.
