ECC International (ECCI) has been facilitating a nationwide stakeholder engagement activity for an esteemed development bank in the Philippines. The engagement sessions were conducted in Lipa City, Batangas, Cebu City, Davao City and Metro Manila.
The participants comprised of the bank’s internal as well as external stakeholders- officers and rank and scale employees, cooperatives, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), corporate clients, government officials, people’s organizations, and CSR beneficiaries.
The stakeholder engagement sessions helped gather feedback on the bank’s sustainability performance from the stakeholders’ point of view. Feedback gathered from these activities will then be integrated by ECCI to the bank’s Sustainability Report for 2016-2017.
