About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enterprising candidate aspiring for growth in a multicultural, knowledge services environment. The Process Analyst will support the Delivery Head in managing and delivery of consulting projects. The candidate shall act as the face of the organization to local and regional customers; perform assessments and documentation requirements, planning trainings and workshops, planning sessions; create, nurture, manage and maintain strong relationship with customers; articulate and ensure customer clearly understands value generated through our engagement; and, work with the client team to help them achieve planned objectives.


  • Project delivery – Be an active part of consulting project teams (lead or support) to perform gap assessment, documentation, training/workshop facilitation and audits.
  • Process Analysis – Collaborate with teams to analyze existing processes, identifying bottlenecks/gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Documentation and Standardization – Document processes in approved formats using Office tools for standardization based on global standards
  • Process Improvement – Actively participate in the process of improving productivity of existing processes and reporting on project progress


  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science
  • 3+ years of experience in process analysis, process mapping, documentation and report writing.
  • Must be conversant in using Office Applications and simple process mapping tools
  • Familiarity with process standards such as ISO 9001 is a PLUS
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented and has a problem solving mindset
  • Open-minded and keen to learn
  • Experience from consulting/auditing industry and client servicing function is a PLUS
