Over the past 8 years, ECCI has built up a client portfolio of over 400 throughout Asia, more than 60% of which are multinational companies. Our clientele can broadly be divided into the following categories:
- Technology/Software process improvement/Service Management/Information Security management. The consulting services rendered include the rollout and implementation of CMMI, ITIL/BS 15000, BS 7799 and hybrid standards. ECCI has established itself as the leading CMMI Consulting in the Philippines and Malaysia, with a client portfolio of close to 20.
- Quality Management Systems/Environment, health & safety/TQM/Integrated management systems. The consulting services provided involved mainly ISO and related standards. About 60% of the clients are from the manufacturing sector, particular from the electronics and automotive and plastic components sectors. The remaining 40% are from logistics, utilities, telecommunications, hospitality, IT and other services sectors.
- Special projects. These are large-scaled regional projects, funded by multilateral agencies, where ECCI is the principal consultant. These projects typically involved capacity building (through trainings, seminar, multimedia products) in the environment-related and social management related issues. We have implemented projects in the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, India and Sri Langka.
