Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is a powerful Lean transformational framework to process improvement, identify and eliminate wasteful activity in the organization.


This 2-day program focuses on helping participants gain an understanding and appreciation of the Value Stream Mapping tool. The program walks the participants through the process of creating process maps and value streams, analyzing it to create future state maps by identifying and analyzing non-value
activities in the system. In its ending, the program helps participants identify and realize system-level improvements rather than pin-pointing improvements.
