As a subsidiary of the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP), Training Works offers management, marketing and technical training programs jointly with partners. It collaborates with facilitators who have practical knowhow and academic training to deliver high quality training programs to members and clients.

The European IT Service Center Foundation (EITSC) is an initiative of the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP), German Development Cooperation (GTZ)and the Asia-Europe Foundation of the Philippines to bridge the eSourcing needs of Europe with the IT/BPO capabilities in the Philippines. The EITSC provides training for IT/BPO professionals and companies in cooperation with leading service providers. Presently, the EITSC is involved in a 5-year program on human resource development.

AOTS, a non-profit organization, was established in 1959 with the support of the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). Its main purpose is to promote technical cooperation for the industrialization and development of developing countries and enhance mutual understanding and friendly relationships between those countries and Japan. To date, AOTS has trained more than 100,000 persons in Japan from over 160 countries and regions. In addition, it has organized various training programs outside Japan involving over 130,000 participants from developing countries. The activities of AOTS are financed by Japanese government subsidy, company contributions, and other sources.
