Knowledge-based Consulting, Assessment & Maintenance (KCAM or Consulting Group)

KCAM offers a wide range of consulting, assessment and maintenance services in the areas of quality, environment, health & safety, software process improvement, service management, information security management and social management. With a strong foundation in standard-based consulting, ECCI often offers hybrid management solutions that best meet our customers’ requirements.

The Consulting Group looks at our clients from the perspective of the People-Process-Technology, which we believe is the foundation of any organizations. We follow well-established consulting methodologies and road-maps, and have developed some of our own, which give us the competitive edge in fulfilling our customers’ needs.

To better service our consulting clients, we have a unit focusing on the requirements for various ISO standards, British Standards, Total Quality Management System (TQM) and Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) etc; while the other unit specializes in industry standards and processes (CMMI, ITIL/BS 15000, e SCM, COPC-2000) and global best practices (BS 7799, 6-Sigma). It is the latter that we see increasing market demand and tremendous growth opportunities.
