ECCI is a dynamic and innovative consulting and products company specializing in quality and process improvement. Founded in 1998 in Manila the company has emerged as one of the leading consulting firms in SE Asia. Currently, ECCI has offices in the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and India with staff strength of approximately 50.

The company started out as a consulting and training company focusing on quality, environment and ISO related management systems and servicing mainly the manufacturing sector. By the year 2001, ECCI had established itself as the leading ISO consulting firm with 250 clients in the Philippines alone.

Two strategic initiatives shaped the growth of ECCI in the subsequent years – the decision to set up regional offices, and the move into software improvement consulting with CMMI as its flagship service. To-date, ECCI is the leading CMMI consulting firm in the Philippines and Malaysia with an impressive list of clients. We are one of the few service providers approved by the Multimedia Development Corp (MDC) of Malaysia. The scope of consulting services has since expanded to include service management (ITIL/ BS 15000), information security management (BS 7799) standards and 6-Sigma.
